Planning at least one new meal a week. Well, I am trying to anyways! This week I have turkey chili from the fixate cookbook cooking up today!
My son and his feet eating skills, lol! I mean, talk about a little yogi!
COFFEE, duh! But, yesterday was National Coffee Day, which is every day over in my world.
Eggs baked in an avocado! Guys, I tried for the first time the other day and it was epic! I know I am the last one to ever try this, haha!
PIYO! I at first wasn’t sure if I would like it, and glad I stuck to it! I am loving the workouts, some are really hardcore, and it is just the switch up I needed. As I am not doing the meal plan, I am trying to eat my healthiest and I am limiting wine to one glass a week.
Day one is on left, day 7 on right! Excited to see more changes at the end! I can do a full review on Piyo too, if you guys would like that!

These three things I picked up at Trader Joe’s yesterday. YES, pumpkin spice cookie butter is legit. Insane!

Smoothies that taste like dessert! Yes, this combo with frozen banana, chocolate shakeo, and cashew milk was so good.
Well friends, I am off to get some stuff done before the speech therapist comes! I hope everyone has a great day! Rainy and gloomy here, but we will just have some fun playtime inside!
